The following are the primary ingredients necessary for concocting potions. The apothecary still needs to spend half of the potion’s price for other ingredients and materials in order to concoct the potion.

The given values are what apothecaries will pay adventurers to gather the ingredients. The value given is per ingredient.

Ingredients may be found with a successful Knowledge (Herbalism or Apothecary), or Smarts or Notice roll at -4. A raise on the roll means the adventurer has found twice the amount of ingredients noted in the description.

Note: Adventurers can try to negotiate to raise the value of the ingredients. This is accomplished by a Persuasion roll. A raise and each success thereafter increases the price by ten percent (up to a maximum of fifty percent).
